The location of the hotel was great, as it provided easy access to the bay, shops, and other places we needed to go. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and tidy bathroom. The staff provided quick fixes for any issues we had. Additionally, there were plenty of available car parking spaces and the views over Caroline Bay were fantastic.

The overpowering air freshener smell in the room was quite unpleasant and gave me a headache.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to where I needed to go, with easy access to the highway. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the efficient housekeeping, they made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a dining table and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including beach access, which was a bonus.

This place is not very close to any shops, but it is perfect for families.

The cooking facilities were good and the location was convenient as it was close to town. the spa bath was also a nice touch and provided a relaxing experience.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, making our stay uncomfortable. the wifi did not work and we were told it wouldn't be fixed for several days.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The double glazing helped to minimize any traffic noise from the busy road outside, adding to the peaceful ambiance. The living room and outdoor area provided plenty of space, making it ideal for larger groups. a lovely stay with a warm welcome and easy settlement of account. Highly recommended!
