The motel is conveniently located right next to everything in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The reception area is on top, providing a nice view for the money we were paying. Additionally, it is close to the beach and restaurants, allowing for easy access to dining options. Moreover, it is situated in the centre of the bustling hub of Paihia, ensuring a lively atmosphere.

The apartment furnishings were old and poorly maintained.

our summer holiday stay in Paihia was even better than before. Bayview Motel exceeded our expectations with its convenient location, stunning sea views, and comfortable amenities. We loved being within walking distance of shops and restaurants and having full cooking facilities in our unit.

Great location near the water and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. Room was clean and comfortable with a working hot tub.

The towels were not changed during our three-night stay despite requesting it from staff. Room décor felt old fashioned and dated.

We were blown away by the stunning views from our top-floor rooms at the Bayview Motel. Waking up to the ocean right in front of us was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the small-town atmosphere added to the charm. Despite a smelly toilet, the overall experience was fantastic. We can't wait to go back to Paihia and the Bayview Motel.
