We loved staying here! This place is right by the beach and it's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the sea from the balcony. We appreciated having all the facilities we needed, like cooking utensils and a washing machine. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers to relax in and a shallow end for the kids. The free wifi was a bonus too!

Recommended for families, this venue is a great place to stay.

The motel is in a great location, close to the town center and right across from the beach. It's convenient to have all the cafes and a grocery store nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-furnished with amenities for cooking and everyday use. The outdoor heated pool, tennis court, and playground add to the fun for families. The friendly staff and DVD library at reception are a nice touch.

The motel could improve by providing extra bath mats for the disabled rooms where the bathroom floor tends to get wet.

We had a great time at the Beachside Resort Motel. The apartment was clean and lovely, and we enjoyed being so close to the beach with only one house in front of us. It was a quick 3-minute walk into town and the waterfront where all the restaurants were located. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well laid out, providing all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and the room was serviced daily. we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation, especially its excellent location.

The complementary sea view and balcony were the best aspects of my stay. Plus, the gentleman at the front desk was really friendly and offered two complimentary bottles of water upon my arrival. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the beach, ferry and town center.

My room was far from superior. The room was dirty and had not been vacuumed properly with stains all over the furniture.

Very clean room with good value for the money. Close proximity to the beach, protected from bad weather. Potentially has water views from the 1st floor. Great facilities for low-budget travelers.

The location of Beachside Resort Motel was excellent, right in the heart of Whitianga. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. I particularly appreciated the free supply of a spade and bucket for our trip to the hot water beach. I had a very nice experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this motel was absolutely incredible, just across from the beach and a short walk from town. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved that we could keep the windows and ranch slider open in our first floor room, enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean. The pool was fantastic and we were surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. The view from our balcony was jaw-dropping, overlooking the beach. We also appreciated the nice heated pool and the spa bath in our room. This motel definitely exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
