Great location and friendly staff

This hotel is conveniently located very close to town, making it easy to walk to the port and enjoy the beautiful lake. The rooms are spacious, spotless and offer a balcony with a view towards the magnificent mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and valuable information about the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet is copious and delicious, providing a great start to the day. there is a computer available for guests to use and a nice bar area to relax in.

The shower cubicle in the bathroom might be on the smaller side for bigger individuals.

The staff was friendly and helpful, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast variety, free bike guiding, good wifi.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains. The double-glazed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the central location. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, providing assistance with restaurant recommendations and ferry information. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a key location and made it very easy for us to explore the surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with great tips and advice on where to go and what to see. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight of our stay and we loved being able to make sandwiches for our lunchtime picnic. The facilities for bikers were excellent, with a secure storage area which included a workstand as well as a free automatic bike wash machine.

The room we stayed in was quite noisy at night and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Also, the lack of air-conditioning made the room quite hot, which was not ideal for a romantic escape. However, we did notice that rooms towards the back of the hotel were apparently quieter and cooler, so if we were to stay again, we would definitely request one of these. we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a central location and helpful staff.
