Convenient location, 20 min walk to stadium. Reasonable price, very friendly staff. Extra bed in room, comfortable bed, and sky TV. Food options close by, cozy room with comfy bed and white linen. The location of the motel is great, as it is close to the centre of town and within walking distance to the University. Being near several fast food outlets makes it convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff are friendly and prompt in addressing any issues that may arise.

The proximity to the fast food outlets means there can be late-night noise that could disrupt sleep.

We had such a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The lighting in our room was absolutely amazing, making it super easy to read and relax. The desk and bed lights were a great touch and really enhanced our comfort. Plus, the fact that the hotel provided all the TV channels we needed was such a complete package. We stayed in an upstairs unit which had ample sunlight, creating a blissful atmosphere. We were even able to bring our young dog along with us, which was a huge plus. The owners were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a very comfortable experience for the two nights we stayed.

In terms of cons, I really can't think of any! This place had everything we needed and more.

Best aspects. the hotel had free wifi and well-equipped kitchen supplies. the location was key to visiting the botanical gardens and fast food restaurants, making it easy to grab food and save on costs. the staff was professional, giving good service.

Worst aspects. the room was a little chilly with a sliding glass door that did not offer much privacy, and the cleaning staff left the window open once, which added to the chill.
