I recently stayed at a motel in central Napier, and I had a great experience. The host at Bella Vista was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick to address any issues, such as dealing with another guest's unacceptable behavior. It was clear that the host closely monitors the property to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like having milk in a glass bottle for making cups of tea. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access all the things I wanted to do in Napier. The unit I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. my stay at Bella Vista was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location near the waterfront was absolutely stunning, with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities were also a great convenience, especially for longer stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information on tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. I especially appreciated the sitting area and dining table, which made it feel like a home away from home. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped hotel.

We had a fantastic weekend at Bella Vista! The room may have been compact, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the city just a short walk away. The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. highly recommended!

Friendly host, promptly handled issue with another guest. Attention to detail - glass bottle for milk. Conveniently situated near beach and city center. Accommodated extra day without fuss. New beds, bedding, paint, and carpets. Grounds being tidied up.

The room had a free wifi with a capped GB for the entire stay, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The location was excellent- near to the waterfront, within a 10-minute walk to the supermarkets, restaurants, and in a quiet area. The continental breakfast was generous, and the staff were friendly and clear with check-in instructions as I arrived at night.

There weren't many TV channel options, and the facilities felt less than the price I paid for.
