I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, larger than most in the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the air-conditioning which was a lifesaver on a hot day. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect for my road trip, as it was close to Malpensa airport and the business meetings I had in the north west of Milano.

This place is in a great location, right in between all the different tourist attractions. It only takes around 26 minutes and 3.60€ by train to get to Milan, and just 45 minutes and 4€ to reach Lake Maggiore. If you need to go to Malpensa Airport, the hotel can arrange a taxi for you at a cost of 55€. The staff at this hotel are amazing and always go above and beyond. They are very helpful and speak English fluently, which made communication much easier for us. The rooms and facilities here are spacious and well-equipped, with a modern and hygienic feel. We really felt like we were staying somewhere luxurious.

The value for money at Palace Hotel was excellent, with a clean and spacious room. The location was convenient for visiting Milano Expo and the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Brigida at the reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to arrange transportation for us to the Formula 1 race. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, giving us a good start to the day. The location was perfect for us, as it was in between all the different tourist attractions we wanted to visit. We could easily take a train to Milan in just 26 minutes, and visit Lake Maggiore in 45 minutes. Plus, if we needed to catch a flight, the hotel could arrange a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price.

The only small downside we noticed was that the breakfast buffet table sometimes wasn't fully stocked, but the staff quickly resolved this issue. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient as it is right on the road and is in between all different tourist attraction places. I was able to reach Milan in just 26 minutes by train and Lake Maggiore in 45 minutes. The hotel also offers a taxi service, which I used to get to Malpensa Airport in just 55 euros. It was so convenient to have all these options available at this hotel.

My recent stay at Palace Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and stylish, with a modern bathroom that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff, particularly the front desk, were fluent in English and provided excellent service. I appreciated their helpfulness in making restaurant reservations and ensuring a comfortable experience. Though there were a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of English-speaking channels on the cable network, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

A staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room. Despite a mix-up, they negotiated with reception until we were upgraded to a suite without any extra costs. The personalized service continued throughout our stay with helpful recommendations for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived on a hot day and the A/C was working well in the comfortable and clean room. Good-sized room, bigger than others in the area. All necessary TV channels available. Enjoyed a good breakfast with friendly staff. Easy check-in and out, even got the room early.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, close to the railway station and the highway, making it easily accessible. It is also very close to The EXPO, which was a bonus for us. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was exceptional, and everything looked brand new. The hotel provided ample parking space, which was convenient for us. The breakfast was of high quality and had a great variety of options. the staff, location, cleanliness, and breakfast made our stay very enjoyable.
