During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I absolutely loved the pool. It was well-maintained and definitely worth the small fee. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a prime area that allowed me to easily explore the city and visit all the nearby attractions. And to top it off, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. The food options were limited and lacked quality, especially the coffee and cereal.

Nice view, clean room, good location, friendly staff, complimentary late check-out, free parking on Sunday.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to easily explore the nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all of my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the various amenities available, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. I felt truly pampered during my stay.

Affordable at less than 60 Euros per night for 2 people, including continental breakfast. Fantastic once inside, despite tired exterior. Central location near river and main town area. Spacious, clean, and well-kept suite. Good restaurant and reasonable breakfast. Free shuttle bus to canoeing event. Excellent maid service. Lovely bars and cafes near Main Street.

The hotel's location is very convenient, situated next to the river and close to the main town area and spa island. There is also a restaurant just around the corner called Zuckmann Restaurant. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff, particularly Tomáš, is very helpful and always available for anything we needed.

The wellness staff sometimes had inappropriate conversations in front of customers.

The breakfast was really nice, and we appreciated the helpful staff. the location was also a great advantage, being close to all the main attractions in the town. we loved that we could bring our pet along for the weekend.

The hotel was not up to par with what we expected. the rooms were old fashioned, and there was no air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable stay.
