Our stay at Blue Haven Motel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to New World for groceries and close proximity to cafes and shops. The motel itself was clean and inviting, with a recent paint job that made everything look fresh. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom was nice, with a decent-sized shower. We appreciated the little touches like the in-shower body wash and makeup remover towelette. Having a kitchenette was also a bonus, allowing us to easily cook our own meals. The outdoor grass/BBQ area provided a great space for relaxing, and parking was convenient right outside our door. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet during our stay, rarely encountering other guests. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Blue Haven Motel.

There was a lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit hot during the late afternoon. However, sleeping was still comfortable with the fan provided and the room cooling down in the evening.

The location of this motel is great, being relatively close to the town centre and within walking distance of a supermarket and various shops. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size cooker and microwave. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing information about the local shops and restaurants.

The beach near the motel is a surf beach, so for calm water, one would have to travel to a different beach in the area.
