The accommodations were cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out. The shared outdoor facilities were great, although we didn't use them. The property was beautiful with ducks and chickens roaming around. The outside area was spacious and perfect for gatherings. The views were stunning.

The driveway up to the accommodation was steep and not ideal for older guests. The presence of ants was a bit bothersome.

I recently stayed at Boatsheds on the Bay for a relaxing getaway on Waiheke Island. The location was perfect, easily accessible to all the tourist spots. The private and well-maintained accommodations had a unique and enjoyable atmosphere with personal touches. The gardens and outlook were idyllic, creating a peaceful and secluded environment. The communication with the owners was excellent, and the locals were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Paul, the caretaker, who made our check-in smooth and even went out of his way to help us during our stay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!
