This hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The breakfast served was delicious and gave us a good start to the day.

The rooms were outdated, had a damp smell, and there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation. the road noise was also bothersome and disruptive to our sleep.
