The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning with a restaurant that overlooks the peaceful lagoon rather than the crowded beach. The serene atmosphere allows for a truly relaxing experience. guests have the opportunity to steer canoes in the lake, which opens up to a beautiful river, providing a unique and enjoyable activity.

There were some issues with the noise level during the stay, as nearby parties could be heard late into the night, causing disturbances and affecting the quality of sleep.

The personalized service at Kalla Bongo was exceptional. The tuk-tuk driver was friendly and accommodating, taking me to all the sights. The boat tour to the mangroves arranged by the hotel was excellent. The hotel rooms were comfortable with A/C and the food was delicious. The beautiful sunset over the lake was a highlight. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
