The room provided was large, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. the view from the room was also a nice touch that you wouldn't get in the town center. the reception staff was very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was so close to the center of town, making it a great place to stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beautiful designed room had a stunning view from our private balcony, overlooking snowy mountain peaks and the Gondola. The spacious and generously furnished room made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The hotel's location, right next to the Queenstown Botanical gardens, allowed for an easy and scenic stroll down to the waterfront bars and bistros. We hardly needed a car, and were pleasantly surprised to find on-site parking available each time. The staff at the hotel were gracious, kind, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fresh compote fruits, yogurts, fresh breads, jams, and croissants daily. The complimentary coffee, drinks, and juices served downstairs during the daily happy hour added to the overall experience. this hotel provided a beautiful and unique stay in this city.

Well-maintained property with attractive curb appeal, featuring a blooming lavender hedge and healthy plants. Room had comfortable large bed, great shower, and unexpectedly nice pillows. Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to change our holiday dates. Convenient parking on site. Short walk to town center.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the heart of the town. the hotel was well presented and had a cozy, home-like feel to it. We particularly enjoyed the communal bar area, it was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. there was a happy hour which was a nice touch!
