We stayed at this motel as part of a photography workshop and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and modern with a stunning view of the estuary. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the main street and a great cafe. But what really impressed us was the warm welcome and excellent hosting. After a long day of photography, it was a delight to return to a room that had been prepared for the night, with the heater on and curtains drawn. The motel even had a convenient meeting room with state-of-the-art display technology for our workshop sessions. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this motel for anyone exploring Golden Bay.

The motel is located close to everything Collingwood has to offer, with a great funky cafe right next door called the MAD Cafe. The motel also has a beautiful view of the estuary, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor sitting and eating. The rooms are tidy and well organized, with comfortable beds and a great shower with hot water and perfect pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service to guests.

The motel walls are a bit thin, making it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

Convenient location near a beautiful beach and Farewell Spit Tours. Restaurants and a shop are close by. Split-level room with a double bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs. Clean and comfortable with great beds. Hot showers and modern laundry facilities.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at a motel in a stunning location. the room was spotless, with oodles of hot water in the shower, and the views from the picnic tables by the inlet were breathtaking. the motel is conveniently located near several attractions, including a beautiful beach and the office of Farewell Spit Tours. We also appreciated the helpful advice provided by the friendly staff regarding local restaurants and trips.

The kitchenette in the room was a bit under-supplied, with only two small saucepans and no frying pan or large pot. However, the owner kindly loaned us a frying pan and there is also a communal kitchen on site for more extensive cooking.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Motel in Collingwood. the owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent advice for walks and trips in the area. the highlight was the Farewell Spit Tour, which was unforgettable. the motel was well-maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the kitchenette and the great view of the river and hills. the manager, Amber, was also fantastic, offering recommendations and even reaching out to let me know I had left some clothes behind. Highly recommended for a self-sufficient getaway!
