A Hidden Gem in Kaikoura

I had an amazing stay at a lovely motel in Kaikoura. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a fair price that didn't break the bank. The owner, who is Dutch, may not be the most outgoing, but he was a nice guy. The room was well equipped and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good sheets. The motel is conveniently located near the main road, which may result in some road noise, but it wasn't a major issue for me. The best part was the view from the room, with magnificent snow-capped alpine mountains. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem of a motel for a comfortable and affordable stay in Kaikoura.

The motel is conveniently located close to nice restaurants, allowing easy access to dining options. It is also situated on the main road, providing easy access for travelers with cars. Additionally, the staff is friendly and welcoming, as mentioned by previous guests. The rooms are fresh and clean, with the added comfort of heaters and electric blankets for those chilly nights.

Due to its location on the main road, there can be a significant amount of noise from passing trucks, which may disturb light sleepers.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly and provided us with great advice on nearby walking tracks for our family pet. It was a relief to be able to travel with our furry companion. The hotel's location, a bit away from the main town, provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was king-sized and incredibly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and we loved the thick drapes that helped muffle the traffic noise.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends due to its enhanced comfort and quality services.

Friendly staff. Convenient location near fish and chip shop. Need a vehicle to get to town. Some noise from trucks at night, but windows and curtains help. Clean and well-equipped facilities.

The motel we stayed in was fantastic. It was located a short distance from a busy road, but this didn't bother us at all. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed having access to free Wi-Fi and a wide selection of free DVDs to watch when we wanted to relax. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff, who gave us some great recommendations for places to eat nearby.

The distance from the main part of town. While this wasn't a major issue for us, we did have to drive to access many of the local attractions and restaurants.
