Had a sweet as stay, but bathroom was tiny as, made it a bit cramped. Breakfast was great, though, with heaps of choices! Chur to the friendly staff!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions and the railway station. The courtyard provides a serene atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sizes can be quite cramped, which might feel uncomfortable for some.

The air conditioning can be frustratingly inconsistent – turned off at inconvenient times!!! Also, the small shower size leaves little room for comfort!!! Lastly, better communication regarding room temperature would be appreciated!!!

The hotel had a great central spot, super close to the sights. I loved lounging in the bar area with a drink after a long day. The room was okay, but the shower was a bit cramped, making it tricky to maneuver. Breakfast options were pretty basic, could've used more variety.

Atmosphere, parking, narrow entrance

the hotel is right in the heart of everything, convenient to explore the major sights. the staff was very helpful, assisting us before our arrival, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of local foods and beverages.

This hotel was a great match for a short layover in Florence with fantastic value for money. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which really helped when planning our next stop. Make sure to ask for toiletries if you forget them as the space is limited in the bathroom.

A welcoming atmosphere prevailed from the start, especially appreciated during late check-in. The central location made it easy to walk to main attractions, and the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, with attentive service offering freshly made coffee. While the room was modest in size, it maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the bathroom amenities were reliable. For a tasty local meal, the nearby restaurant Enzo e Piero was a delightful find, serving superb Florentine dishes.

I loved the unique atrium-style parking, making it easy for us to have our SUV nearby. The breakfast staff made our mornings special with fresh cappuccinos, but the shower didn't work properly, which was disappointing. I'd totally stay again!
