We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it's slightly outside of the centre of the town right near to the road into the city centre, making it easy to get around. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. The room was supplied with great amenities such as a balcony, sitting area, terrace, rollaway beds, in-room safe. Additionally, we were impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, television. The dining restaurant had a fantastic selection of food with dishes that catered to special diets, and the staff were very friendly and could not fault service.

This place comes highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The view from the room was stunning and made my mornings a lot better. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered plenty of choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and saved me the hassle of having to find public transportation.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite spotty and made it difficult to get any work done. the location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as it was quite far from the city center and required a lengthy walk or cab ride.

Being close to the bus stop made exploring the area easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

the Copthorne Hotel & Apartments had ample room for our group of four adults. We booked a 2-story unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a fold-away bed downstairs. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were separate toilets and showers on both floors. the location was just before the busy downtown area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the customer service was excellent, and the breakfast options, including bacon, eggs, chicken sausages, beans. the open balcony and views of the Remarkables upon entering the hotel room were breathtaking. the hotel was also within walking distance of the town center, making it convenient for exploring.
