Spacious room, beautiful bathroom, with a large shower and stunning views of the lake that made our stay enjoyable, along with convenient luggage storage and friendly staff who always offered helpful tips for exploring the area.

Nothing to improve upon.

the hotel had a charming "rundown" feel, complete with closed restaurant and bar, which only added to the unappetizing experience. I woudl ve been thrilled to receive a room upgrade after dealing with all the inconveniences, but who am I kidding? Disregard the greatness of the views. it can't compensate for basic amenities. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

absolutely terrible experience at copthorne in queenstown. the rooms were unbearably cold, and even the towels had stains! i expected a complimentary gesture after dealing with roadworks outside and noise all night, but received nothing. the earplugs offered at reception were a laugh. i almost thought about a good review, but wow, just couldn’t.

During my stay, I found that the facilities felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment, which made the experience less enjoyable. The shower pressure was weak, and the heater did not work well, leaving my room chilly during the cold nights. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite standard and not very appetizing, with some items seeming like they had been reheated.

The split level apartment was very spacious and had a

nice sized kitchen, which made meal prep easy. The warm and helpful staff truly enhanced our stay. However, the dated decor and the single wall heater in each room left us feeling cold at times, especially in early spring. Would recommend visiting!

My experience was marred by incessant roadworks right outside my window that started late at night. To make matters worse, the hotel was understaffed, leaving the restaurant and bar closed, which significantly lowered my expectations for service.

It was just a proper fit for a brief visit in Queenstown with great value for money. The staff were very professional and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Avoid busy weekends if you're looking for a quieter stay.

Location is superb! Just a short stroll to the main shopping area and the stunning waterfront. The staff was lovely, providing great assistance with tickets and tours, ensuring a memorable stay.

Just a fine choice for a break on a long journey in Queenstown with very good value for money. The large, clean rooms kept us warm and cozy during our stay. Check out the balcony for some great views, but be prepared for a bit of noise from ongoing roadworks.

Spacious duplex with everything a family needs, views are amazing. Staff was welcoming, super helpful, and the in-room breakfast hit the spot.
