We had a wonderful stay at Copthorne. The pool was so relaxing, the restaurant had delicious food, and the service was always great. Although we had some issues with our door cards, the staff quickly resolved the problem. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful weekend getaway!

The staff at Copthorne Solway Park, Wairarapa were super friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist me as someone with physical handicaps. The hotel had spacious rooms and a good location that allowed for easy exploration of the Wairarapa region. Despite being at full capacity, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

My stay at Copthorne Solway Park, Wairarapa felt like a home away from home, leaving me with no reason to complain.

I had a great stay here, the location on a massive field was wonderful. The staff were nice, and my room was spotless, the housekeeping team clearly did a great job. The facilities were also excellent, including a lovely indoor heated swimming pool, fitness centre, and jacuzzi. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as a tea and coffee maker and flat-screen TV. this place was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this venue to others, even though the staff didn't show much customer service. Despite that, the receptionist managed to put the two rooms I booked close to each other and the pool, fulfilling my request.

The location offered many indoor activities including a gym, swimming pool, and a restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering everything necessary for the guest's stay. Families with children will find enough entertaining areas and facilities both indoors and outdoors. The restaurant had great food while the room service was prompt and well-presented.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is well-located, with access to multiple restaurants and cafes due to its proximity to a food court. Additionally, the outdoor areas are attractive and pleasant. The breakfast was reasonable, with good value for the price paid. Despite some issues, the staff were generally helpful and courteous.

One of the rooms had a flooding issue due to lack of seals on the shower door.

We enjoyed our city trip and found the hotel's location to be convenient. the staff were friendly and offered us a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade, which was a nice gesture. the rooms were clean and comfortable.
