The rooms were basic but very clean, and the hotel provided good value for money. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance – the beach, Tapas Alley, and all the attractions of the Old Town. The hotel also had a small balcony and terrace out front, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a much-needed break and found the location of Santa Faz to be perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, coffee bars, restaurants, and tapas bars. The hotel itself was older but spotless, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, providing us with plenty of local knowledge. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with both a fresh buffet and cooked options available. The wifi reception was also brilliant. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this wonderful little gem during pride week and was really impressed. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to shops, bars, and eateries, and about 10 minutes to the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were clean, with a decent-sized bathroom. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choice. The hotel staff, especially Luis on reception, were the best thing about this place. I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again.

Ideal location in the heart of the old town, with Levante Beach to the right and Poniente Beach to the left. The hotel is only a few streets away from popular spots like the mask shop, Rons Bar, and Rays Chippy. The staff at Hotel Santa Faz were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate my needs as a disabled guest. They provided a late check-out room for a small fee, which was a great convenience. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with freshly cooked options like bacon and eggs available. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel also offers complimentary toiletries and has seating outside the reception area.

I recently stayed at Santa Faz for 6 nights with two friends. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, from reception to cleaners and waiters. The hotel is small but very friendly, clean, and secure. The location is excellent, with easy access to the old town, tapas bars, and the beach front. The air conditioning works well and the overall value for money is great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and had a good sense of humor. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the coffee had excellent flavor.
