Great location near park, restaurants, cafes, and food market. Cleaning woman was friendly and accommodated nap schedule. Exceeded expectations with welcoming staff, daily room service, and clean rooms. Heatpump and Wi-Fi were excellent. Convenient for concert at Mount Smart Stadium, close to supermarket, and plenty of dining options. Comfortable bed, new carpet, and peaceful stay. Friendly staff and easy access to train station and airport.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was ideal, as it was close to the conference we were attending. The room was modern, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The housekeeping was excellent, and our room was serviced daily. We also loved the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The sitting area and dining table were very comfortable. this place exceeded our expectations!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the city centre, good restaurants, public transport, and even the racecourse. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is obliging and always ready to assist. Additionally, the free WiFi keeps everyone happy.

There was a slight issue with road noise, but this was easily resolved by keeping the windows closed at night.

Great location, easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning system worked well and provided some much-needed relief during the hot weather. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice about things to do in the area.

Our romantic escape was disrupted by some noisy neighbors who were partying late into the night. Despite calling reception, the noise continued until the early hours of the morning, and we were unable to get a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect for our business trip, with a range of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price and onsite parking. The woman who cleaned our unit went above and beyond, accommodating our baby's nap schedule. The comfortable walk to Cornwall Park was a highlight, and the air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather. The WiFi was excellent and we enjoyed streaming Netflix on the TV. we had a great stay and would recommend this motel.

This motel was the perfect location for the function we attended at ASB showgrounds. The parking at the venue was poor, but staying here saved us the hassle. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had lovely complimentary extras like Epsom salts for the spa bath and cookies with tea & coffee. The staff were friendly and even turned on the heat pump in my parents' room before their late arrival. Highly recommend!
