Incredible views from the balcony across rolling hills and down to the ocean. the hosts, Lisa and Anthony, welcomed us like long-lost friends, offering tea and cake on arrival, and a glass of local wine in the evening. They made us feel so special, it was like being pampered by Kiwi royalty!

Stunning view, lovely house, and friendly hosts. Environmentally friendly with homemade organic cheese and fresh baked breakfast. Incredible food, great stop on the way to Paihia. Relaxing atmosphere with free entertainment from cute black sheep and beautiful roses. Peaceful break with gorgeous sea view and welcoming hosts. Delicious breakfast in the solarium with a warm and friendly kitchen.

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! the hosts were welcoming and very helpful, offering great service. Breakfasts were just what we like, with homemade croissants, delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, and honey from their bees. the location was excellent, close to Waipu Cove and Langs Beach, perfect for exploring the coast. the sun terrace and garden area were lovely for relaxing, comparing to my previous stays.

One minor thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the showers, which was a bit hit and miss due to the property being on water tanks. it would be nice for the hotel to ensure all light bulbs are checked before guests' arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

This hotel is perfectly situated close to two gorgeous beaches, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. The rooms on the second floor offer a delightful balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the fields and the sea in the distance. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide great service, making guests feel welcome and at home. Additionally, the breakfast provided is truly exceptional, with all the food made from the resources on their land, ensuring a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

I had a delightful stay at this charming country homestead. The location, with its stunning views of the nearby beaches, was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were warm and welcoming, treating me like a friend rather than a guest. The homemade breakfast, especially the croissants and muesli, was a delicious highlight. I also enjoyed relaxing by the cozy fireplace in the evening, with the homeowners bringing me tea and tending to the fire. it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

While my stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bath towels could have been softer, but it was not a major issue for me.

The breakfast was decent and they had a nice view.

We had a terrible time finding the place and the road leading up to it was in very poor condition. the room had a weird smell and the bed was uncomfortable.
