We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Wellington. the breakfast choices were good, and the porridge was made perfectly. the staff, especially Zoe and Zed, were friendly and chatty. the bathroom was great, with plenty of space for toiletries and a perfect shower. the hotel had a lovely Art Deco inspired foyer and stylish decor throughout. the location was excellent, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and museums. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great facilities.

I always choose this hotel in Wellington for its central location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. During my recent six-day stay, I had a perfect experience. The beds are comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the food at the Spring Kitchen, where the manager is delightful. The hotel has a stylish Art Deco vibe and is impeccably clean. Additionally, the location is superb, close to the city center, waterfront.

We were impressed with the exceptional service and the luxurious spa-like shower room. The bed was comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The towels were plentiful and soft, and the bath products were beautiful. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to help us. The location couldn't have been better, we were right in the heart of everything and all the shops were just a short walk away. The room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, and air conditioning. The welcome drink was a really nice touch and we appreciated being able to use the business centre during our stay.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel's beautiful decor and art pieces added a touch of elegance to our stay. The location was exceptional, allowing us to easily explore Wellington.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Additionally, there was ample parking and a supermarket just over the road. The cafe at the entrance was excellent for good coffee and empanadas. The rain shower was great and made taking a shower an enjoyable experience.

I did find that the dressing gowns were not as soft and fluffy as I would have liked.

Friendly staff, central location, warm cookie on arrival, wonderful shower, comfortable beds, peaceful rooms.

This Easter was a blast! the complementary chocolates and Easter eggs left on our pillows made us feel so special. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. We were walking distance from great shopping and entertainment and we had no trouble finding delicious restaurants. the best part of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room. Waking up each morning to the gorgeous city skyline was an absolute treat.

The drilling and construction noise outside our window was a bit of a bother, especially on the rainy days when we wanted to relax in our room. But, I understand that it's the city's responsibility to complete those projects and not the hotel's fault.
