The room was impeccably clean and the parking was conveniently located right in front. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We didn't encounter any rude staff members as some reviews suggested. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Despite concerns about parking, we had no trouble as we are accustomed to tight spaces in Auckland. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this budget hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Arts Centre and Baycourt Addison theatre. There was also a wonderful local cafe nearby that served delicious breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and a well-functioning heat pump. The service was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the assigned number carparks. a convenient and pleasant stay.

The noise from outside was a bit bothersome, especially on weekends, but understandable given the central location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants but still quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with a special request we had. The room was clean and had everything we needed including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities.

We had a nice city trip and it was a pleasant stay. The complementary breakfast and parking were appreciated. The location was perfect and near to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made sleeping enjoyable.

The room was a bit small for our liking, and the shower didn't have any handrails, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. the toiletries provided such as body wash and hand wash were not enough for our needs, and we had to ask for more.
