Free Wi-Fi by the pool is fabulous, like a millennial mermaid. the Meeting Room is a fancy option for pretending to work. Safety first with all those detectors - I felt like a VIP!

Couldn't fully enjoy the lovely gardens due to the smokers' corner. Shocking!

The receptionist was so friendly, got us sorted quick for our keys, and even had time to help us out. Loved that all the units were on the ground, with a sitting area right outside to chill with a cold one. the pool looked amazing, but we were outta there before we could dive in - muggy weather blues, y'know. 🌴

The database provided was extremely practical and user-friendly. the room was a good size, allowing me to easily move around and feel comfortable. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

The database layout could be slightly improved for better organization and navigation. this did not hinder my ability to access the necessary information.

The room was impeccably clean and the parking was conveniently located right in front. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We didn't encounter any rude staff members as some reviews suggested. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Despite concerns about parking, we had no trouble as we are accustomed to tight spaces in Auckland. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this budget hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Arts Centre and Baycourt Addison theatre. There was also a wonderful local cafe nearby that served delicious breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and a well-functioning heat pump. The service was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the assigned number carparks. a convenient and pleasant stay.

The noise from outside was a bit bothersome, especially on weekends, but understandable given the central location.

We had a nice city trip and it was a pleasant stay. the complementary breakfast and parking were appreciated. the location was perfect and near to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made sleeping enjoyable.

The room was a bit small for our liking, and the shower didn't have any handrails, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. the toiletries provided such as body wash and hand wash were not enough for our needs, and we had to ask for more.
