the staff recommended great shopping spots on my first visit. the hotel has Wi-Fi, a lounge, restaurant, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for me! Excited to be back for New Year's.

Upon arrival, I appreciated the staff's efforts to accommodate our early check-in request despite being understaffed. The rooms were nice, and the location suited us. Though there were some minor inconveniences, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Will be back for the next concert.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and close to a variety of food places. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean with outstanding views of the ocean. The staff are always happy and helpful. The restaurant serves a wide range of excellent food and wine. The bed was so comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom fan was faulty and stayed on for hours after turning the light off, which was a bit annoying.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the sea with lovely views of the ocean. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the staff were great. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on site, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the location was fantastic, right on the waterfront.

The hotel was conveniently located near main attractions and had friendly staff that gave two free drinks upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the room had a great view and comfy bed.

The noise level was unbearable, with sounds of cars revving and whistling wind throughout the night. the room was not cleaned during my stay and getting fresh towels was a challenge.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a great experience. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. the hotel is located on a point of land with expansive views, and our room had a large balcony with quality furniture. the modern bed and bathroom were among the best we've encountered during our time in New Zealand. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. the location was perfect for us, as we were attending a workshop within the premises. a wonderful stay.
