Nothing to dislike.

The free coffee and the complimentary breakfast were great perks, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was also stylish and comfortable, with nice touches like quality tea and coffee facilities.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and cut out completely in the evening and overnight. The TV constantly buffered and froze, and the restaurant service was lacking.

Our recent stay at Ebb-Dunedin was absolutely fantastic. The room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and immaculate cleanliness. The smart TV was a great addition and the bathroom was luxurious. The convenient cafe downstairs made our mornings so much easier. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we needed within reach. we had an amazing experience at Ebb-Dunedin.

As someone who loves to stay in hotels, I have to say that this place is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to put your luggage out of the way. The bathroom is excellent, and having a separate toilet is a bonus. The lobby is amazing, with awesome artwork that adds to the overall aesthetic. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right from the start. The car parking is also good, providing convenience for those who have their own vehicles. this is the loveliest hotel I've stayed in, and it's the only place I'll choose to stay in Dunedin from now on.

Felt safe and secure, nothing to complain about.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as it is close to eateries, has a cafe downstairs, and is even located near an art museum. The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great and the view from my room was amazing.

That the bedside lights were not very strong.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in the heart of the city. The stylish and fashionable rooms are fitted with exclusive amenities, such as a comfortable king size bed, a beautiful shower room, and lovely tea and coffee facilities. The staff was welcoming and helpful, fulfilling all our needs. We loved the interesting and well-priced mini bar and the beautiful garden area.

One minor issue was the light switch system, which was a bit unusual. If the master switch was off, we couldn't turn on just the bathroom light, which was inconvenient at night.

Convenient location near mall, cafes, and restaurants. Modern room with beautiful decor and eco-friendly toiletries. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Impressive big screen TV. Welcoming and friendly staff.
