Our stay for our daughter's graduation was made perfect by the central location of Ebb. the cafe's food and coffees were delightful, and the friendly staff made us feel at home. the rooms were quiet, comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally cozy. the modern design and convenient amenities exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern and spacious rooms, along with the quality furnishings that added a touch of luxury. the separate toilet from the bathroom was a nice touch. the mini bar offerings were of excellent quality, and the take-away coffee was a delightful treat. the design and layout of the rooms were well thought out, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

While my stay at this hotel was fantastic overall, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. A more comfortable mattress would have enhanced the quality of sleep, and noise on the third floor was slightly disruptive at times.

The free coffee and the complimentary breakfast were great perks, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was also stylish and comfortable, with nice touches like quality tea and coffee facilities.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and cut out completely in the evening and overnight. the TV constantly buffered and froze, and the restaurant service was lacking.

The smart TV was a great addition and the bathroom was luxurious. The convenient cafe downstairs made our mornings so much easier. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we needed within reach. we had an amazing experience at Ebb-Dunedin.

As someone who loves to stay in hotels, I have to say that this place is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to put your luggage out of the way. The bathroom is excellent, and having a separate toilet is a bonus. The lobby is amazing, with awesome artwork that adds to the overall aesthetic. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right from the start. The car parking is also good, providing convenience for those who have their own vehicles. this is the loveliest hotel I've stayed in, and it's the only place I'll choose to stay in Dunedin from now on.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as it is close to eateries, has a cafe downstairs, and is even located near an art museum. The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great and the view from my room was amazing.

That the bedside lights were not very strong.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in the heart of the city. the stylish and fashionable rooms are fitted with exclusive amenities, such as a comfortable king size bed, a beautiful shower room, and lovely tea and coffee facilities. the staff was welcoming and helpful, fulfilling all our needs.

One minor issue was the light switch system, which was a bit unusual. If the master switch was off, we couldn't turn on just the bathroom light, which was inconvenient at night.
