We loved the quiet location of this hotel just outside the main town - waking up to mountain views and a beautiful garden was a real treat! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including heating and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking in the peaceful surroundings.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Disappointing no onsite restaurant as advertised.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local knowledge. Despite arriving late due to road delays, they were accommodating and made our check-in easy. the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable and the overall ambiance was warm and cozy even without the heating on. the spacious and clean bathroom had hot water, and parking was conveniently located near our room. the room itself was well-designed, with separate seating areas and a delightful faux fireplace wall heater. It was only a short drive away from Franz Josef Glacier township, making it convenient for exploring the area. the pictures truly don't do justice to the luxury and spaciousness of the room, and the stunning mountain view from the full-length window added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The room was modern and spacious with a beautiful view of the paddock. The man at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, making sure our every need was taken care of. The continental breakfast offered was exactly what we wanted for a healthy start to the day. The setting of the hotel, surrounded by mountains and with lovely outdoor spaces, created a relaxing and peaceful ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this oasis just outside town. the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and fulfilling my wishes. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and it had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the nice products in the bathroom. the hotel even had laundry facilities available for just $4. the modern room with an electric fireplace and comfy chairs was a great addition. the location was convenient, and despite being near the main road, there was no traffic noise at all.

The unreliable wifi can be frustrating at times, causing inconveniences for those needing to stay connected.

Our stay at Franz Josef was very comfortable and cozy. The room was spacious and provided a king-sized, hard mattress that was perfect after a long day of travel. The complementary milk was a nice touch. Although the windows didn't have screens to keep insects out, the quilts provided were very good. I would recommend this hotel.

That breakfast wasn't included in the price. However, this wasn't really a problem since there were plenty of places nearby to eat.
