The staff at the front reception were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was outstanding and the hotel was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, close to Queen St and the Sky Tower. We thoroughly enjoyed the options for breakfast, including the bonus of having 'chocolate spread' and 'peanut butter'. The inclusion of breakfast in our rate was definitely worth the money. The setting inside the hotel was lovely, with great scenery. it's easily the best hotel I've stayed at in the city.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious room, large bathroom, and a gym with a spa and pool. I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium in Auckland for 3 days and it was a fantastic experience. The standout aspect was the quality of the staff - they were outstanding and provided outstanding service with a genuine smile and warmth. From the helpful reception staff to the amazing team in the Brasserie and the Club Lounge, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The club room on the top floor was quiet and peaceful, and the included car parking was a bonus. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the restaurant and cafe options were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers.

recently stayed in auckland and was pleasantly surprised by millennium. staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfy and spacious. loved the pool and gym too. only downside was no lockers. overall, highly recommend and would stay again.

Disappointing menu at the bar and restaurant.

We absolutely loved this place right in the center of everything with many different areas for tourist. The location behind the lake and near the New Year's firework made it perfect. The service was exceptional with consistently high standards of customer service. The clean and nice facilities such as the pool and sauna exceeded our expectations.

When we went to check in, the receptionist almost treated us like we were homeless when we were returning customers and had the credit card already in our hand. Despite that, we would still recommend this venue to family and friends because of the exceptional customer service and the vast array of amenities.

This hotel was excellent value for money with its great location just across from the police station. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms with two queen-sized beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of new dishes that were very tasty.

During my business trip, I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the 24-hour room service. the hotel was located within a short walk from my conference venue and a wide variety of restaurants, which was very convenient.

The room was well past its prime with outdated decor and a musty smell. the carpets were also quite dirty and stained.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the well-appointed gym and the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The location was perfect, being centrally located in this city. We were just a 5-minute walk from the high shopping street and plenty of dining options. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to Butterfly creek. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we've had in a long time, offering a wide selection to cater to our individual needs. The staff were exceptional, especially the guy who checked us in, who remained polite, helpful, and stress-free despite it being only his second day at the hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, being on the edge of the main CBD and close to the Skybus station for a cheap transfer to the airport. We enjoyed being within walking distance to all of Auckland's main attractions, and appreciated the staff's willingness to help with our early check-in for an early morning flight. The opportunity to enjoy a drink down by the ferries was a great bonus.

Room had great view, comfy bed and Bath + shower. Enjoyed breakfast despite being a bit expensive but was advertised free. Gym, pool and sauna on site were perfect and hotel staff were nice. Great location, especially when tunnel is working again.
