The staff was top-notch and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food served by Chef Cam was absolutely delicious, and the views of the night sky were breathtaking. We were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights dancing above us, and it was an incredible experience. The location of the resort was perfect for capturing the magic of the lights.

There wasn't much to dislike about our stay, but one minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply in the cabin. The water heater could only provide enough hot water for one long shower, which meant waiting for it to reheat if there were two people staying in the cabin.

The location of the resort was perfect for viewing the northern lights. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and had a clear view of the stars from our room. The staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The meals served were delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from.

One aspect we didn't like was that some of our planned activities were cancelled due to safety concerns. Another issue was that the resort was quite isolated, making it difficult to access other attractions or amenities in the area without transportation.

The hosts were excellent, always friendly and willing to provide direction or advice. The breakfast every morning was very good and the hosts were flexible with schedules and timing. The property is beautiful, with cabins designed to optimize enjoyment of the environment. The owners and staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely interested in interacting with guests. They also offer individually prepared dinner options, which are excellent. The retreat also offers a sauna, hot tub, and exercise area.

Everything was fantastic.

Our stay at the resort was worth every penny. The room was fantastic and the view from the porch was breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the city, allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle. The staff treated us like royalty, making sure we had everything we needed and even recommending fantastic activities to enhance our experience. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for during our entire stay.

We had an amazing time at this lovely retreat with our family! The hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were top-notch and the cabins were modern, clean, and comfortable. We loved the alpine chalet and Aurora glass chalets. The breakfasts were delicious and they even accommodated our gluten sensitivity. We highly recommend this place to everyone traveling through Whitehorse!

Loved the inclusive package which included activities, food, winter clothing rental, and airport transfers. Made our stay hassle-free. The log cabin was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a romantic escape. The location was perfect for us, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.

It would have been nice to have a hot tub and kitchenette as mentioned. The property is not very close to Whitehorse, making it a bit inconvenient for meals.
