Absolutely blown away by the spacious and comfy room, plus an unexpected free upgrade to a king bed. the receptionist made us feel like VIPs, and the delicious breakfast was the cherry on top. the short walk to Cornwall Park was a gem for a pre-flight exploration. And shoutout to the nearby Malaysian restaurant - what a hidden gem! Great spot for where we needed to go, with top-notch friendly and WELCOMING STAFF, making our holiday experience unforgettable.

Spacious room for 3 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and well set-up. Staff were helpful. the manager’s kindness saved my night—like a superhero swooping in to save the day! It was a masterpiece of a gesture.

The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and we were able to have the same quiet ground floor spot upon our return, which was awesome! the delicious breakfast buffet provided a great start to our day, and the convenient parking plus the nearby Thai restaurant made everything super easy. the only hiccup was a slightly wonky fridge door that wouldn't close properly, but overall, it didn't dampen the great experience we had there. 👍

I recently stayed at this hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. the room was impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the generous breakfast offerings, which had a wide variety to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being central to the airport and within close proximity to the train stations and various landmarks like One Tree Hill and the Auckland War Memorial Museum.

While my overall stay was delightful, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. the bathroom could benefit from a little updating to enhance the overall experience.

From the outside, it looked average. But my room was huge! Waaaay bigger than expected. Comfortable bed, smooth process with staff, and they promptly solved my 2am lockout blunder. I even had to do a little laundry—good thing it's an endurance, building sport for expecting moms like me! my stay here was snug and hassle, free, and I'd gladly return. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleased to find free parking and appreciated the added convenience of having a toaster in the room. Plus, the location made it super easy to hop on the motorway or catch a bus or train.

It would have been better if the hotel had a more efficient system for late check-ins and provided a receipt upon request.

I had to fight for my room key, but hello clean room! I washed my hair in the shower the size of a shoebox. The breakfast buffet was a treasure hunt, but at least the milk wasn't on fire. Cons: What a joy to pay more for night two for the same room! .
