I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location is fantastic. Being right next to the marina made for some lovely walks and there were plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket close by. The view from the hotel, although I could only see it in the dark, seemed amazing. Secondly, the room itself was larger than I expected for a hotel in this price range. It had all the basic amenities and was fairly well stocked with plates, utensils, and tea. Lastly, the staff were attentive and friendly, which really added to my overall experience.

While there were a few minor issues, overall my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel. The location was perfect, right opposite the Marina, and I had a beautiful sea view from my room. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely outdoor living area and a clean and comfortable room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they provided me with lots of useful information about the local area. The motel was only a 5-minute walk to the ferry, which was very convenient for exploring central Auckland and Waiheke Island.

During our stay at the Half Moon Bay Motel, we were pleased with the convenience of its location near the Marina. It made it easy for us to explore the beautiful waterfront and enjoy the picturesque views. We had a great time strolling along the docks, trying out different restaurants, and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. The proximity to the Marina was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The new manager, Sue, was friendly and informative, giving us helpful ferry times. The room had a lovely view of the marina and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry and restaurants. The motel had all the necessary amenities and the parking outside the room was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic welcome and perfect spot by the marina.

Maintenance is lacking, with a jammed open window in the toilet and a bathroom in need of an upgrade. Receptionist had no idea where a popular stadium in the area is located, which was disappointing.

We loved the location, with a great view of the marina and close proximity to Bucklands beach. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have good restaurants nearby and a grocery shop within walking distance.
