As young families, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a 6-minute walk from Chiayi train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Derek who could speak English. We appreciated that they took care of our luggage when we went to explore Alishan. The room was clean, well-lit, and had enough space for our family. The bed was comfortable and the hotel offered a good breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Wenhua Road Night Market, which was just a 10-minute walk away.
