We had an incredible stay at Hapuku Carriages Kaikoura Bed & Breakfast. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring our privacy throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the evening bath in the outdoor tub under the stars. The breakfast provided was simply amazing. The converted train carriage was beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard. We loved relaxing on the veranda with a glass of wine in the tranquil surroundings. It was a true luxury to have the entire beach to ourselves. Everything was beautifully clean and well-decorated, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Despite the nearby railway, the passing trains only added to the unique ambience and didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and memorable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapuku Carriages, a luxurious conversion that pays great attention to detail. the setting is beautiful and relaxed, right by a secluded beach. the highlight of my stay was the outdoor bath, which was simply divine. the hosts were friendly, professional, and gave a warm welcome. the breakfast, made with local ingredients, was world-class. it was an amazing value for money and a truly unique experience. Staying at the carriage felt like stepping back in time, with its fabulous attention to detail. the private outdoor claw bath was a luxurious touch, and the brass bed with gorgeous linen added to the charm. the abundance of railway memorabilia and spotless cleanliness were impressive. the hosts were incredibly generous with their local knowledge, making our adventure even better. And let's not forget the famous breakfast, with homemade preserves, sauces, and fruits. It was truly a wonderful experience.
