the WiFi coverage near the bed was weak, though it was fine at the table. The team, especially Poppie and Ellen, really made our stay enjoyable with personalized tips. The thermal baths were a highlight, soothing after our long flight.

The handwritten welcome note and locally sourced coffee made us feel truly special. Plus, the easy bike rentals allowed us to explore Rotorua at our own pace. The geothermal pool was a perfect end to our evenings.

Had a great time! The staff were truly awesome, heaps helpful with local tips. Loved the heated mineral pool after exploring. A bit noisy at night, though, eh.

Additionally, the two mineral pools could definitely use a makeover. It's frustrating that such a nice hotel has outdated facilities!!!

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant place to unwind. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the proximity to local attractions was a huge plus. Staff were welcoming and offered helpful recommendations. A bedside table would have been nice, though.

It was just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Rotorua with the best value for money ratio. The staff went above and beyond, providing great local tips and letting us borrow bicycles for exploring. Make sure to enjoy the hot tub for a perfect relaxation after a day out.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the lakefront and numerous cafes on Eat Street, perfect for grabbing a meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home, while the room was spacious and clean with great amenities. The hot tub experience at night was particularly memorable and offered a cozy escape after a day outdoors, even in chilly weather. A minor drawback was the absence of an elevator, which might make it challenging for those with heavy luggage, but otherwise, the stay was enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay! The mineral pools were such a nice way to relax and cool off after exploring. Plus, the little outdoor dining area was perfect for our packed lunches. Only issue was the dated bathrooms—def could use a refresh. But everything else was clean and comfy!
