the rooms were impeccably clean and the towels and sheets were of excellent quality. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, although I didn't anticipate needing jandals to get there. the rooms were cozy and the seating was comfortable. the staff at Aura Accommodation were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even left personalized greeting messages and notes with recommendations for the best breakfast locations. the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. It was a perfect fit for our group of four.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the places we wanted to visit in Rotorua. It was a pleasant surprise to discover a pool and BBQ area where you can cook a hangi. the hotel was conveniently located near the shops, making it easy to get any necessary supplies.

There was ongoing construction nearby, causing some noise disturbances during our stay.

We loved our recent stay here. The location right in the heart of the city was perfect for all our needs. The staff went out of their way to provide a great service, from the welcoming check-in to the helpful tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, heated pool with sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. We also appreciated being able to prepare our own meals with the cookware and kitchen utensils provided.

We had an amazing stay at Aura Accommodation! the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops, parks and the beautiful Lake waterfront. the staff gave us a warm welcome and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities, including the heated outdoor pool and mineral indoor pools. the compact two bedroom apartment we booked was spacious enough for three people and it was very clean. We loved the eco-friendly initiatives such as recycling and making donations to charity instead of daily room service. the hotel also offered free bikes and scooters for us to explore the area, which was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff who gave us great advice about the nearby attractions, like the charming Eat Street and the beautiful lake. Our room was immaculate, with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel also offered free bike rentals to explore the city, and two thermal baths as well as a swimming pool to relax after a long day. It was a perfect base for discovering the area.

The lack of air conditioning was a minor inconvenience, but the fan provided in the room helped to alleviate this.

As women traveling alone, we loved the lovely and bubbly hostess, Kylie, who made us feel welcomed and at ease. The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the lake and city center. The outdoor heated pool and indoor mineral pools were a great way to relax and unwind. They also provided bikes for us to use, which was a plus. The team at the motel was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They really made us feel like friends.

Pool paint washed away, looked dirty.

Lucy, the lady at the front desk, was so kind and patient. She showed us our room and even offered us options on which floor we preferred. We ended up on the 2nd floor, which was neat and organized. the cleanliness of the rooms and the waste initiative impressed us. We also loved the use of free bikes, the warm pool, and the free trade and refilling amenities. the owner even made arrangements for our late check-in. the location was perfect, within walking distance of museums, cafes, and shops.

Excellent location and a helpful staff that is always ready to assist. Lots of useful information about nearby activities and things to do on Christmas Day. The communication was prompt and friendly throughout our stay, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The little notes left by the staff each morning were a thoughtful gesture and their acknowledgment of my daughter's netball tournament was above and beyond.
