Excellent room service and helpful staff. Special mention to Mr. Shekhar, the room service manager, who ensured everything was perfect throughout our 6-night stay. The location of the hotel was beautiful, offering stunning views. We enjoyed our meals at Jade Garden and the main dining room, where Christopher provided attentive service. Despite a few minor issues, the overall service was satisfactory at Gem Park.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking, as it is situated on top of a mountain, providing a stunning view that is almost on a cliff. The service was exceptional, with room service and car hire available, ensuring that my every need was met. The hotel also offers convenient amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities like a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which had comfortable garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries and an electric kettle for my convenience. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar available. The food was delicious and the staff provided great service.

While the hotel overall was fantastic, I did feel that the staff could improve their service. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Gem Park. The staff were incredibly hospitable and caring, making us feel right at home. The value for money was excellent, and we enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which was incredibly soothing. The green flowery garden and chess floor provided great entertainment for our son, and we loved capturing the beautiful outdoor views with our camera. The spacious rooms were well cleaned and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel offered two great restaurants serving delicious multi-cuisine and Chinese food. The location was also a plus as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not keep up with its advertised amenities. The indoor pool and spa were out of order, which was a letdown.
