Check-in is smooth and staff are friendly. The hotel provides an array of amenities, including brown paper bags for toiletries, creating a homey touch.

Some of the rooms may require a trek along corridors and up stairs, which could be inconvenient if carrying luggage.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was great, situated right in the centre of everything. The peaceful gardens were the perfect escape from the busy town centre. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a highlight. The room amenities were fantastic, including a mini-bar and terrace with garden furniture. The dining options were impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, plus a lovely picnic area with tables. The staff provided excellent customer service and made us feel so welcome.

our recent stay in hanmer springs surpassed our expectations. the hotel's location was exceptional, right in the heart of town with easy access to the hot pools, shops, and restaurants. the room was comfortable with a cozy bed and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave us extra towels without charge when we requested them. The location was great because it was near the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The shower was hot and strong, which was nice after a chilly day out.

The room was very dated and felt grubby. The carpet was stained and the curtains were faded.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a giant marshmallow. We also loved the spacious suites and their convenient location near the pool. The hotel's proximity to other Hamner attractions was a bonus. Special thanks to the kitchen team for the delicious breakfast and warm hospitality. The villa's tea and coffee selection was excellent, and on-site parking was greatly appreciated. The restaurant offered a great wine selection and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
