Stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. the scenery was truly breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. the restaurant staff, particularly Lindsay, provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and even recommended a stargazing tour after dinner, which we loved. - the hotel was located in a beautiful and convenient location, perfect for trekking and hiking. It allowed us easy access to all the sights and activities associated with the area.

The first floor bar closed early, limiting our options for enjoying a drink outside and taking in the nature around us. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to sit outside after 4:30 pm.

The location of The Hermitage Hotel offers stunning views of Mt. Cook, making it perfect for a Christmas getaway. The staff, particularly Eddie, were friendly and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. The breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse and catered to everyone's preferences. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided during our stay.

The hotel is right in the mountains, perfect for hiking. The rooms on upper floors have a shower open on the toilets, balcony, and stunning views. Breakfast is beautiful and the prices are significant less value.

Our room at Hermitage Hotel Mt Cook had a stunning view of the mountain range. Despite some minor issues like slow wifi, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved being among the beautiful mountains here, it was the perfect spot for all the hikes! The service, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services were all top-notch, and I loved the convenience of the wake up service. The tours/ticket assistance and happy hour were added bonuses, and my room was so comfortable with great amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a cozy sitting area. Plus, the terrace and patio offered stunning views and garden furniture to enjoy it all.

The buffet dinner was affordable and had a stunning view. the room was warm, super comfortable, and had amazing views of the mountains. there was an activity desk that provides an opportunity to book a breathtaking tour. the location was perfect for exploring the national park.

We experienced poor shower pressure, and the shower head kept facing towards the curtain, which made everything wet. the check-in process took a long time, and the lower-end accommodation needs to be reflected in the price.
