I had a great stay at Springhill Suites. The pool area was fantastic with its clever designs to drown out road noise, comfy lounging furniture, and ledges to sit on in the pool. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm so glad we chose to stay here - it exceeded my expectations!

Our stay at Springhill Suites was wonderful! The hotel had a cool feature where my niece could write her love for the hotel on the television. Our entire family stayed here and they were very happy with their decision. The location was convenient, with malls, eateries, and movies nearby. The no-smoking policy was definitely a plus. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

While our overall experience was great, we did face a couple of minor drawbacks. the room we booked was not available and we were given a ground floor room instead.

Parking at the hotel became quite cramped, which was a hassle when coming and going. It would have been preferable to have more space available for parking and easier access for guests.

They made sure all our guests were comfortable and satisfied during our daughter's sleepover. The room was ample and clean, with a comfortable layout that suited our needs. The hotel gym was clean and had a great selection of exercise equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, and free weights. The hotel management provided superb hospitality, making us feel like we were the only guests. Thank you!
