I had a fantastic stay at Kaiapoi On Williams Motel. The location was excellent, making it convenient for me to explore the beautiful town of Kaiapoi. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing me with all the comforts I needed during my stay. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that my privacy was respected and that my room was cleaned daily. I especially appreciated their understanding of my need for extra time in the mornings. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at Kaiapoi On Williams Motel again.

The location of the motel is very convenient, close to Christchurch airport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The motel also offers a good range of facilities, such as onsite parking and a kitchenette in the room. it is a nice place to stay for a short visit.

The lack of air conditioning and limited window openings makes the rooms hot and stuffy, especially during hot weather.

Had a decent Christmas break at a motel in a small town up north. Loved the onsite parking and free Wi-Fi that let me post all the holiday pictures to social media. Also, the location was perfect as it was close to various tourist hotspots. The host was accommodating and provided us with some essential amenities.

Our stay was marred by some negatives. Firstly, the traffic noise was too loud and kept us up at night. Secondly, the room was not serviced adequately. Lastly, the room lacked basic ventilation and made the hot summer nights unbearable. it was an average stay with some significant shortcomings.
