The hosts were extremely warm and shared valuable local insights. the location was serene with a stunning garden and birdwatching opportunities from the deck. the house was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious and flexible. It felt like a true retreat. Nearby landmarks like Goat Island and Whangateau Reserve added to the family bonding experience, despite the slightly remote location.

Ross & Penny were total legends, hooking us up with mad tips for checking out Hotel Triplets Entertainment and having a blast. Brekkie was off the hook, and the vibe was chill with epic bird watching. Definitely boss - we're so coming back!

Could do with a bit more late-night action for young party animals like us.

Ross and Penny provided exceptional hospitality. the room was cosy and clean, with a private bathroom. They even offered snorkel gear for use at the nearby beach. the continental breakfast was delicious and filling, served with care. the garden on the property added to the serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the warm welcome and comfortable rooms at this gorgeous B&B. The homemade treats, fresh fruit, and spring flowers were lovely touches. The sundrenched lounge and beautiful coastal views were a delight. Matakana Village with its shops and eateries was just a short drive away. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more!
