I recently had a great stay at a budget-friendly accommodation in Dunedin. The location was superb, just a short 10-minute drive from the city center. It was nestled in a quiet valley, with the soothing sound of the nearby river adding to the peaceful ambiance. The room was well-appointed and clean, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that all guests felt welcome. The shared facilities, including the kitchen and lounge area, were well-maintained and provided a cozy space to relax. It was a perfect base to explore the city and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

That the accommodation was located in a student accommodation area, which meant it was a bit of a distance from the main attractions like the Otago Peninsula. However, this was more due to our own planning and not a fault of the accommodation itself.

The location in the forest was absolutely beautiful and provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They even took the time to check in and make sure I had fresh towels and everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, dining table, and a patio where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The hotel also offered great facilities such as a BBQ area and a garden, perfect for leisurely afternoons. The on-site car park and luggage storage were also very convenient.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.

Spent Xmas here and had an amazing time! Loved the complementary wine and chocolate left in the room as a festive touch. the location was perfect - just a short drive to all the main attractions. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the BBQ area surrounded by lush greenery.

The staff could have been more welcoming. the receptionist seemed more interested in finishing her personal phone call than checking us in.

Loved the outdoor space, playground for kids, and comfortable beds. Surrounded by trees and a river, creating a peaceful environment. Great for families and couples. Kitchen was well-equipped. Designate for the bedroom was inspiring.

I loved my recent stay at Leith Valley Holiday Park. The location was great, and the grounds were lovely and peaceful. The ablution block was tidy, and the dining area outside was clean. The staff were very welcoming and even met us a bit out of time. The cabin was comfortable and cozy for my family of three, and the beds were comfortable enough. The cabin also had basic cooking facilities, which gave us more flexibility. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a convenient and cost-effective place to stay in Dunedin.+ Overall I would definitely recommend this holiday park.

We had a fantastic stay at this camping ground. The location was perfect, being near the beach and right next to the river. It was also close to the CBD, but nestled in a quiet valley with the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby. The room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The main shower/toilet complex was well-maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were even treated to the sight of glow worms at night, which was a pleasant surprise.

The bugs that came into our cabin through the window. It would be great if the proprietors could install a mesh screen on one of the windows to keep out insects while allowing for a cool breeze at night.
