I recently stayed at the Great traditional camp in Leithfield and had a wonderful time. The camp is surrounded by beautiful trees that protect from strong winds, and the nearby beach is a great spot for walks and wildlife spotting. The camp facilities, although older, were kept very clean and tidy, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The BBQ area and well-equipped kitchen were convenient, and the on-site takeaway served delicious burgers. Additionally, the camp is conveniently located near the Leithfield hotel, wineries, and other amenities. I highly recommend this camp for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

Although I enjoyed my stay at the camp, I have to mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable and affected my sleep. Additionally, the cold air woke me up in the middle of the night, prompting me to turn on the heater.

Friendly staff, good communication, easy fix for payment issue, great location, clean and tidy facilities.

For us it was ideal.

Great location right by the beach and plenty of facilities available, like barbeque and swimming pool. the kitchen was also pretty well-stocked with all sorts of tools and cutlery available for use.

Found it difficult to find the place due to poor signage and lack of directions, especially at night. Some staff members were not as friendly or welcoming as we had hoped for during our Christmas vacation stay.

Well-maintained campsite, clean facilities, and pet-friendly. Convenient access to amenities and friendly staff. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.
