I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in New Plymouth and had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to local supermarkets, restaurants, and all the attractions in the city. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. I particularly enjoyed the room service and housekeeping, as they were efficient and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I had a memorable and comfortable experience at this venue.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. They will enjoy the great location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities provided by the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy motel close to the city. The rooms were warm and inviting with under-floor heating, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find bikes available for us to explore the beautiful New Plymouth waterfront. The location was perfect, just a short walk to some nice eateries and a quick car ride into the center. The owners were friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. we highly recommend this motel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The motel is perfectly located close to the main street, making it convenient to explore the city center. It is also near the lake, providing a pleasant environment for leisurely walks. The rooms are spotless and contemporary, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the complimentary bikes allow for enjoyable trips to the beach and bridge, offering great views along the way.

The traffic noise at night can be somewhat bothersome for those sensitive to sound.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was a great experience. the room was very clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. the double and single bed were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One great advantage is the location, which is close to shopping areas and restaurants. We were able to walk to the nearby mall and supermarket. Plus, they offered free bicycles for guests to explore the town.

One thing we would have appreciated is a microwave-proof cooking container for the room's microwave oven. It would have been useful to use the microwave for cooking instead of just defrosting.
