The location of this hotel was perfect for me. I didn't need to hire a car as it was conveniently close to The Pines bus hub, allowing me to easily travel around the area using my "GO" tag on/tag off bus card. There was also a great shopping centre just across the road, making it super convenient for any shopping needs. The hotel facilities were simple but had everything I needed, including a clean pool and spa. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, I loved the view of the lake right outside my room, and the peaceful walk around the bay every morning.

My family and I recently stayed at Bay Of Palms for a week-long vacation. The resort was well-organized and we appreciated the communication and easy check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment with attached parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lakeside location was perfect. Having a large shopping center next door was an added bonus, and we found the proximity to attractions very convenient. we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Secondly, the hotel's location was fantastic, with a major shopping centre just next door and easy access to the M1. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to shops and public transport. This made it easy for us to move around and do our shopping.

The fans were in terrible condition and made a lot of noise, which kept us awake at night. the lights in the room were also not very good, making it difficult to see properly.
