We had a fabulous night at a fabulous hotel. The design was great, the service impeccable. We booked a social club room but got upgraded to a gorgeous Harbour Suite. Loved the bathrooms, the style, the views. Thanks for making 24 hours so special. The check-in was easy and pleasant, bags delivered promptly. The bar service was good, and we enjoyed the reasonably priced room service. The Wagu burger was excellent. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Close to town and convenience store. Great if you're going on a cruise. Will recommend this hotel.

our stay at the hotel was fantastic! the bar, reception, and restaurant facilities were all amazing. the rooms were modern and cool, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. we even got a late check-out until midday. great value for money and a perfect location near restaurants, attractions, and the bus station.

Everything was spot on.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was unbeatable, with plenty of eateries and downtown just a short walk away. the apartment was spacious and the views were breathtaking. the beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved having a wide selection of TV channels, including free movies. the room was also clean and had nice toiletries provided.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and unorganized. There was no concierge to greet us and we had to figure out where to check-in on our own.

The hotel is situated in a prime location just minutes away from the waterfront and close to everything in the city. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The use of plastic in the hotel, and especially the plastic waste in the rooms, was a major downside that could have been avoided with more environmentally friendly solutions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at M Social. They allowed us to check-in early and even packaged up breakfast for us when we forgot about it. The movie selection was a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfy and the location was perfect. The only drawback was the long wait for the elevator. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.

Stayed at a hotel with a perfect location for exploring the city. We were right across the ferry terminal and within walking distance to many attractions and conveniences. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor, and the sunrise was breathtaking. The highlight for us was the availability of room service at 3:00 am when our jet-lagged kids were hungry. The staff was fantastic, especially William, who went above and beyond to help me when I lost my driver's license. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Lastly, we enjoyed the luxury feel of the room, with its well-designed decor and hi-tech features.

There were several aspects of our stay that we disliked. the housekeeping service was extremely lacking.

Comfortable room with great lighting and reading amenities. The staff was friendly and professional. The location is perfect for families and the view of the harbor is wonderful. Enjoyable design and quirky touches throughout the establishment. Plenty of thoughtful touches, such as free valet parking and complimentary water bottles left in the car.

Database Decor and feel of the hotel created a fun atmosphere; light and modern with a great outlook and location. Room was ready early, making check-in easy. Very helpful concierge desk. The bed was AMAZING, so comfortable. Gym was well-equipped.

The room had a funky smell that never went away, and housekeeping didn't provide enough towels for two people. We also had some trouble with the air conditioning as it was either too hot or too cold, and we couldn't find a happy medium.

This place was amazing! The location right beside the waterfront was beautiful and perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the room service was top-notch and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. The amenities were impressive too, including the sauna and beachfront.
