Great value for money with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, with stunning bay views and easy access to cafes and the local pub. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and we even got to enjoy a harbor cruise on the owner's launch. The split-level layout of our apartment was unique and provided two different views, and the balconies were delightful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of toiletries. The sachets of liquid soap provided were not sufficient for daily bathing and showering, and we had to buy our own shampoo, conditioner, and soap from a local supermarket.

Christmas is a wonderful time of the year, but our stay was not so wonderful. Fortunately, the two complementary drink vouchers made our stay a little better. The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a short walk to the beach and shops. Plus, we loved that there was a free shuttle service to the local attractions.

Stayed for New Year's and had a great time at a waterfront apartment. The views were amazing, especially from the daybed where I enjoyed my morning tea. The location was convenient, being less than an hour from the airport and close to 90 Mile Beach and Cape Reinga.

The weather was lousy during my stay, so the views across the bay were not as enjoyable as they could have been. , the studio apartment above the restaurant had loud music playing from the speakers, although the staff were accommodating and turned it down.
