The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the highlight of my trip. the fine dining experience was beyond my expectations. the staff, particularly Arsen, provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond, ensuring that we had an unforgettable lunch experience. He even let us use the spa and sauna afterwards, bringing us coffee and biscuits.

Great location, 10 minutes from town, stunning lake views. Spacious, well-designed rooms with private bath and walk-in wardrobe. Beautiful tracks by the lake and a jetty for swimming. Attentive and friendly staff. Immediate resolution of any issues. High standards and recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were always caring and polite, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, overlooking the mountains and down to the lake, was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved spending time in the library in front of the fire, it was so cozy. The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making my stay unforgettable.

the luxurious amenities were beyond our expectations, from the exquisite room decoration to the high, quality spa and wellness centre. the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning view of the garden area. The restaurant was exceptional, with its top, notch menu, delicious in, room breakfast and refreshing bar/lounge area. Cons: Nevertheless, there was only one minor issue; the coffee/tea in the lobby could have been fresher. our overall stay here was remarkable and nothing could take away from the exclusivity we experienced.
