The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the highlight of my trip. The fine dining experience was beyond my expectations. The staff, particularly Arsen, provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond, ensuring that we had an unforgettable lunch experience. He even let us use the spa and sauna afterwards, bringing us coffee and biscuits.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, overlooking the mountains and down to the lake, was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved spending time in the library in front of the fire, it was so cozy. The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making my stay unforgettable.
