This hotel is situated in a fantastic location in the Old Town, with classic Spanish-style rooms providing an excellent view of the Alhambra. Breakfast is a great value for money and caters to all tastes with its varied dishes.

My partner and I stayed at a charming 500-year-old hotel for 4 days. The early breakfasts were a great start to our day. The hotel's ambiance was wonderful, giving us a unique experience. Conveniently close to everything, it made exploring easy. Our room had a beautiful patio and amazing views of tiled rooftops and the majestic Alhambra. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional, and the modern amenities blended seamlessly with the classic Spanish courtyard. The location was perfect for strolling through the Albayzin neighborhood and visiting popular attractions like the Alhambra and the Capilla Real. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Palacio De Santa Ines for 4 days and had a great time exploring the city. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and served early enough for a good start to the day. The ambiance of the 500-year-old building was truly wonderful. Despite the lack of an elevator, our premium room with a patio was perfect for enjoying the views. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the nearby attractions. The customer service was top-notch, and the courtyard was a lovely place to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was charming.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet tiny square at the foot of the Albaicin district. It is just down the street from the taxi station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with traditional Spanish features. The bathroom is large and well-stocked. The service is top notch, and there is a delicious breakfast available. The hotel also offers great views of the Alhambra.

One of the sinks in the room didn't drain fully, which was slightly unsanitary.

We had an amazing stay in a hotel right in the heart of the old town with bars, cafes and restaurants all around us. We loved the stunning views of the Alhambra from our room and wandered back in time as the original architecture of the building was wonderfully preserved. The front desk was always super helpful, and the room was cosy and comfortable with a great bathtub.

The lighting was a little complicated figuring out which lights would turn on - a bit complex if you have heavy luggage to carry up the stairs.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the complimentary map provided by the hotel was extremely helpful. Plus, the heating in the room was great for keeping warm during the winter.

The lack of parking was inconvenient, but not a big deal. the noise from the lobby carried up to our room, making it difficult to sleep at times.
