loved our stay at avani for valentine's day! the spacious suite had a big comfy bed, balcony, and large bathroom with a nice shower. the lounge area and kitchen were great. enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. the location was perfect, close to cbd, britomart, and viaduct. highly recommend avani for a romantic getaway!

Perfect selection for our family getaway. Well-equipped rooms with a kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Separate bedroom and living room for added convenience with little ones. Nice pool area with large swimming pool. Excellent location near Queen Street and great restaurants.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town and close to all the inner city attractions. It's within easy walking distance to Queen Street, Britomart, and the waterfront. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great views of the harbor. The hotel offers on-site parking, a pool and spa, and a well-equipped gym.

Noise can be an issue on Friday and Saturday nights, with loud music and car noise disrupting the stay.

Amazing location and great facilities. We had an awesome view from our room. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable, and we loved the spa pool. we had a pleasant stay.

Although we had some issues with the shower head being clogged, it didn't hinder our overall experience. We would recommend this hotel.

The location was incredible, with the sky tower just a stone's throw away. We could easily walk to all the shops and attractions in the area. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. The pool and spa facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

I recently stayed at Avani for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The central location made it easy for us to explore popular attractions like the Viaduct and Queen Street, and even walk to Spark Arena. Our upgraded suite was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, although we couldn't figure out how to work the microwave. Being on the 30th floor provided stunning views of the city and Skytower. The staff, from reception to cleaners, were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The entrance and lobby were clean and beautiful, and the shower pressure was awesome.

Staying here was fantastic! The location was perfect with everything we needed right in the heart of downtown. The staff were very helpful, polite and patient, providing wonderful customer service that's what really made us enjoy our stay. The room was amazing, with great amenities like a sitting area, dining table, and free Wi-Fi, plus the extra guest we requested was easily accommodated for at the reception desk, especially with our request for a late checkout. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Avani. the hotel had a modern and beautiful interior, despite its old-looking exterior. the rooms were lovely and cozy, with the ability to open the windows wide. the highlight for me was the amazing heated pool, sauna, and gym facilities, all of which were clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated next to a pedestrian street with plenty of late-night cafes and restaurants. the central location allowed for easy walking access to Queen Street, the harbour, and the Sky Tower. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. this was excellent value for money.

Centrally located on the 27th floor with a view of Albert Park. Spacious apartment with bedroom, lounge area, and small kitchen with stove. Includes a washing machine and dryer. Friendly staff and convenient pool and gym facilities.

Our city break was made perfect with the delicious breakfast spread every morning and the lovely bottle of wine offered in our room upon arrival. the location couldn't have been better, with a beautiful park right outside and easy access to all the sights. Plus, having our very own mini kitchen was a huge perk for when we wanted to have a cozy night in.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, with some marks on the walls and not enough towels provided. But overall, it was still a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back.
