The beachfront location of the holiday park was a major highlight, offering stunning views of the ocean and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests enjoyed being just steps away from the beach, allowing for convenient walks and leisure activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens that included necessary appliances and utensils. Parking right outside the room was also appreciated by visitors.

Some guests experienced noise disturbances from neighboring units, causing a negative impact on their overall stay.

The hotel is situated in a very calm area, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. I loved being right on the beach; it was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities such as a heating system, sitting area, and terrace. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenience of having a shared kitchen. this place provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

Quiet and well set out, with private sites and cabins. Lots of outdoor furniture for dining. Nice cafe, though a bit pricey. Excellent playground for little ones. Love the location, close to the airport, beach, and township. Friendly and warm staff. Homely feel with bunk beds. Waking up to birds and falling asleep to waves. Lots to do for everyone. Enjoyable stay. Self-contained cabin was adequate. On a black pebble beach. Enjoyable drive to Napier.

We loved the location! Close to the airport, beach, and township. The bunk beds were awesome for our young family. Waking up to birds and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a treat! Animals were welcome and well-behaved. Facilities were clean and tidy, with a cafe in reception. The self-contained units were spacious, clean, and comfy. Everything we needed was provided, plus some extras. Meeting different people and friendly faces was lovely.

The location, although a little drive from the town, was perfect as it was right by the beach. The Thanksgiving stay we had was wonderful! the beach was spectacular, perfect for chilling and enjoying the sunset. the two complementary things offered were the great trampoline and the beachside seats. the location was also superb, close enough that we could easily drive to nearby places. the best aspect was that we had our own private space that made us feel like we were at home.

Wi-Fi was not included and rather expensive. Although the bathroom was clean, it got very busy during peak times.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Beach Top 10 Holiday Park & Motels. The beautiful grounds with mature trees and plans for future upgrades make it a perfect recommendation for friends and family. The calm location added a serene touch to our stay, making it even more memorable. The friendly and helpful staff were always there to assist when needed. The sound of the waves crashing as we went to bed was simply breathtaking. Even though there were a few minor drawbacks like limited cooking facilities and bedding supplies, they were quickly addressed by the accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
